No Crank No Start
I have this 14 Mitsubishi out lander 2.4l it is no crank nonstarter. I got the code b2419 LF antena voltage short
Checking identifix and All-Data found some info about checking pins in between antenna and kos module for open short, however there are not values any help will be apreciated.
the flow chart jus mention to check power and ground , for open wires . I know how to check volts reference , power and ground how ever in between antena and kos unit , what will spect , square wave form or what ? to split the sytem or narrow down
Have you try a different key? You ,might be chasing a problem that it doesn't exists. Maybe it is just a bad key.
i replace the battery on key fob. no changes , call the customers he does not have other key fob.
I don't have SI access at the moment, but since your DTC is "LF antenna voltage" is there perhaps, a RF Antenna you can compare to the LF?
I only see 1 antena on the wiring diagrama 2 diagram oen and color both match. 1 antena rh by glow box . coil receiver by steering wheel . L f low reference
Oops, OK sorry. My go-to on "new to me" components with a "voltage short" DTC is to unplug and rescan, if the DTC changes to open ckt the component is the issue.
Joel, the wiring diagram you attached shows ETACS-ECU. What about KOS-ECU?
etas is koes, same thing when I check on all data location of both name is the same camputer call different on diagrams
I have some doubts about that seeing such diagrams floating on the net: goo.gl/images/bLk5Fz goo.gl/images/xBSGqf I would go through all of the wiring diagram one more time...
ok I will . how ever what would I spect tk be know good beside I mean on transmitting data
Is this the same Outlander you posted about a month ago with an inoperative backup camera? That discussion was never resolved. This is an opportunity perhaps.
