It appears you need to unzip/extract them. The file you purchased is zipped, Unzip/extract them first then copy and paste them in the Reprogramming folder.
the information that you see there if you've downloaded the file you need to put it in that location theres 2 parts to that file and they go in sperate locations once you have the file download the instruction are in there. there should a tsb i think this is the file you need 23710 9AA8B that should be the lastest update nissan-techinfo.com/ecmresult.aspx…; try…
Notice too the files have to be in an X86 folder. If your computer is 32 bit, there will be no X86 folder.
To update the PCM once you get the files from Nissan open a new folder and copy and paste those files to the new folder. Then you can close the old folder. Then go to Program files X86 in your C drive and go to Nissan J2534 Reprogramming file. Then click on Application data and then the Reprogramming data folder then drop those 2 files in there, it should be a BLNK 9 folder and a .dat file only…
No I don't, is it part of the programming \.
Search Keith Perkins on YouTube he has a video on this procedure. He is doing the same up date that you are trying to do. You need to purchase NERS of get a copy from someone. It is two separate things. You buy the file from Nissan and you buy a subscription of NERS to install the file.
That's correct, you have to purchase NERS, and is good for a year, the cost is about 300 a year, now, if you bought your J2534 with a company like AE tools, they have full support on those cases and you don't have to worry about how to do it, they walk you through all the process for free, and believe me that makes a big difference.
The cost for the NERS program is now $350 and is not a yearly program. Once you buy it, its yours. I bough back when the cost was 270 which was several years ago. I just downloaded the new program for Free as I had already purchased previously.
I have to check on that, I have paid for the program twice already on the last two years and Am almost done with this year. Thanks for the info.

Is it not possible to use Nissan Consult III plus - R2R software to program Nissan. See attached from Nissan's website. I have read this information from Nissan but have not tried it yet. Has anyone used this software? Is this an option to reprogram with out having to purchase Ners?
