What repair are you unable to perform?

PATS Reset after BCM replacement

What information are you having trouble obtaining?

I am getting different server errors when attempting a PATS reset using IDS

SDRM shows the account is correct and in good standing, Valid till 8/22/22. Using VSC ID and the latest Code generated by Authy for the login.

What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?

Ford said to contact NASTF. NASTF said to submit a SIR.

(Optional) Any other comments or concerns?

Am I doing Something wrong?

Mitch, I had this last week on a 2020 explorer. It would say check NASTF server in red on the FDRS. I reached out to NASTF and they said they had no issues and my account was in good order. I seen there was issue with other mobile techs doing Ford programming. So I figured it was on Fords end. I went back to the job 5 hours later and it worked fine. NASTF did follow up the next day with me…

I am still getting a Server error from IDS. I will advise the location to send to the Dealership for PATS reset.

Ford IT reports they have fixed the problem. Please try again. Let me know if the problems is still there. You may want to delete the IDS session and start from scratch. If that is appropriate for what you are doing.
