Just because wiring looks ok doesn't mean it is. I would look at all the ignition system PIDs with a scantool or better yet use a scope if you have one. Do whatever test you can think of to confirm all systems are good before you condemn the ECM/PCM

If the code is for fuel trim, have you looked at the fuel trim numbers? If it is too lean, then you need to look for an intake leak, and if it is too rich, then you need to determine why it is rich. Spark plugs and coils do nothing to address fuel trim.

Alan , are the fuel trims negative or positive? If negative add fuel ( use propane gas or similar via the air intake with the engine running) and see if the fuel trim pid responds . If positive introduce an air leak and monitor the fuel trim pid responds . Doing this will give you direction. Let me know the results and I will endeavour to help you. Regards Dave T... ps pumping the brake pedal…

Check for exhaust leaks. Even a tiny leak can throw off the fuel trims. Might need to listen with stethoscope tube behind heat shields. Also dirty/missing or ill fitting air filter.

Robert Cummings has a good point. A good smoke machine and very bright light would find the leaks if any
