Anthony, We have only had occasion to order one TIPM recently. We sourced it from Mak's TIPM Rebuilders (Chatsworth, CA). tipmrebuilders.com Per Victoria (who works in our office), when she called Mak's, the customer service rep was nice, answered questions, and was knowledgeable. MAK I've used this company for my person Jeep, bought it April of this year and had nothing but problems with it. The customer service is a joke. I put my original back in my Jeep…

Dan, We are able to use a J2534 with an aftermarket application called the TIPM reset tool to do this. Witech is designed for only new part replacement. -Mike
