ACDelco Completely FUBAR'ed
I know we're all used to acdelco's site being intermittently unavailable or unreliable, but this is amazing!
The entire site is completely gone. How do you operate a business like that?
That is what happens when you have to raise your price.
Front page is back up, but I can't log in because it's not sending verification codes.
Easy when you're the only game in town. However, I'm sure it wasn't intentional as it reduces revenue.
Unless you are the tech crew behind the system and are reminding someone of your importance. ;-)
Signed in and reset password / can buy credits. Speed is normal. This may be specific to your location. This is here on east coast.
Problem is no longer happening. Was happening (more like not happening, lol) for about 45 min. Im in Baltimore fwiw
Just programed a transmission on 2017 Escalade. No problem
I came back up out here too. Program the transmission on an Express van. Went to program another on a Savanna and it stopped working in the middle of the job. Can't get back in now. Same “404” error I called the AC Delco helpline. They said they know about it and there's no eta.
Mine is working now, hope yours comes back soon.
