GM MDI 2 for Witech?

is it possible to use MDI 2 for witech online software? its made by Bosch MTS 6531 is what says on back label.

Yes though I'm told it won't work with Fiat and later model vehicles. Have not had one yet that it won't work with.

I have been using the MDI for a while now with wiTech with no real problems. I did have an issue once with programming a RFH. Lost keys at the auction and Chrysler couldn't even figure it out why programming failed. We got lucky and the original keys where found.

I get a circle with line through it when I try to connect to the MDI 2. Is anyone else still using the mdi on witech currently?
