What repair are you unable to perform?

Blind Spot Calibration

What information are you having trouble obtaining?

Proper Angle for BSD Calibration - Service Information and TSB call for 62 degrees, tools shows the angle needing to be 50 degrees

What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?

Reached out to Manufacturer with no resolution, vehicle needed to go to the dealer for calibration. Unknown if dealer had same problem or was able to calibrate.

(Optional) Any other comments or concerns?

· OE Service information calls for 62 degrees, plus or minus 3 degrees for the specification on the BSD Angle.

· TSB confirms that the angle should be the above.

· OE tool shows that the angle needs to be 50 degrees, plus or minus 3 degrees

· Unable to calibrate car due to unknown ramifications

this is the third vehicle that has had this issue
