Hello everyone I have a 99 Cadillac Seville and the plastic lines on the fuel rail are leaking. i was wondering if any one knows if they make a replacement an updated or any other year fuel rail that could possible work with this engine. the plastic line repair kit will not work because you cant secure the fittings properly.
Look at sur&r products you can make the line. surrauto.com/fuel also dorman make some stuff. Had of alot of luck with the surr. I know advance auto and federated auto parts can get the individual pieces u need. Pictures would be helpful
Personally, I would get the updated stainless steel fuel rail. There is really no point in trying to repair that one.
The stainless still would fit this year? I could only find information saying it would fit 2000 year or newer? You've been able to use that as an upgrade or is there a different fuel rail update 98 and 99
Max, have you looked for a replacement fuel rail? Just using Google, it seems that they are still out there.
Post a picture , I have a lot of Cadillac fuel parts and computers all the way back to 1976
I almost certain there was a recall on that. Call your local GM dealer with the VIN. Easy enough.
