I got farther along than Joseph. I got an email response and can log into the site. I even found the course. It says I'm not registered. In fact the site does not show me registered for anything. My credit card has been charged.
I just now got an email with my user name and password, four days after paying. I suspect this website does not have an automated system to create accounts. This is not the first website I’ve had “extended learning” issues with. Signup early and get POC numbers for all events. Keep posting in this thread if you don’t have something in the morning. Hi Rex, since you have created an account and paid for a ” ticket “ for virtual classroom. You will receive an emailed link to then choose your class. There is a live person processing these for the entire US & Canada, so it does take time. If either of you don’t get things worked out today 5:00 EST. Email me at … please.
As of 1:20 EST no email with a link. I had 3 emails Monday. Two were duplicates. They did get me to the site and got me setup with a password. Will check back about 4:30 pm est .

Joseph, you paid for a subscription to on line training, not virtual classroom. you’re being refunded. since you successfully created a CTI account you can try again if you like.
I’m trying… I found the virtual class and clicked “submit class interest” and I got an email. I called the help desk and they said I had to click “more info” that took me to a subscription page. The help desk agent walked me through the process and I paid for something agin for $35. I enrolled in college classes easier than this😂
Lessons learned If you’re not a paid member of the CTI website, then you first need to enroll and that’ll take a few days. Then you can signup for the their classes.

EXTREMELY Frustrating!…..been trying to find way to enter Class for 45 minutes now…..can we get Refunds?….IMO, CTI website is Terrible…cant find Virtual Training anywhere If anyone available to get me in, please call asap…
Marti, I'm sorry your having trouble. I agree our website is very frustrating right now and that is being worked on as we speak. I am moderating David's class so I can't call you right now but i will forward your information to our support team to get you a refund or rescheduled for a later date. I do know this class is being presented later in the month and in December.

Support reached out to me about this topic…was Most Helpful….and explained things to me, which helped a Lot! Even tho a particular (this/Intended) class was purchased, i had no idea that i Still Needed to ENROLL in that particular class online….as there was Nothing indicating this. I was walked thru the process and it makes a bit more sense now…..but w/o being told to do so, i had No idea it…
I just went through the same process. It’s just like signing up for college classes. First I have to be allowed to enter the school, then sign up for a class, and finally enroll. I suggest having these points made upfront and/or a YouTube walk through for new students.
I see others have had problems with signing up. I've been trying to sign up for your courses for some time now. No joy. No one calls back, and emails aren't replied to.
