Unable To Download Software Fron Vida

I have created and account on the volvotechinfo web sight, It shows I have an account, when I try and order the software, it will not allow me to order anything. The sight says it should send me a temporary password. But I have not received on in two days. The the tech help via email does not understand my problem. I don;t know what I am doing wrong. This is more difficult than NERS. Thanks for all your help and advice.

It is more difficult than any other software. Check your spam folder, if you need help download AnyDesk, I can remote in and see what I can do for you.

Isntall anydesk or teamviewer on the computer you are using to talk to the car..

sorry to ask this, but have you installed vida? the purchase should be launched from inside vida. It is a significant pain for sure. I would be happy to remote in as well to help if Jorge cant, worth it to get a helping hand on vida..

Did you purchase the VIDA subscription or just set up a Volvotechinfo user account? If you have purchased the (assuming) 3 day subscription and you have not received the temporary password you need to submit a help request on the volvotechinfo website. Go to the support icon on the homepage then type in “password” in the search. That will bring up a button to submit a help request.

I finally found the parts needed to purchase the software and changed my password. Now what? Where do I go. There has to be a harder way to do this. Do I get the nuclear launch codes if I pass?

Have you read and followed the instructions provided in the bookstore under new user and Vida headers ? There is also a short video to guide you thru the Vida admin process .

Larry is the man. He should have a training class. The Volvo works great and everything worked out just like design. Volvo Programming sucks. I could not have done it without Larry's help. Thanks for all your support and advise. This forum is the best and I am blessed to be part of it.
