2016 Ford F-150 immobilizer access
What repair are you unable to perform?
Ignition key code erase and program. I am using IDS, and was on version 122.05. When the error occurred, I updated to 122.06 with the same result.
What information are you having trouble obtaining?
I get an error after IDS asks me to login using my VSP and authy.
What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?
I have contacted NASTF and Ford. Both numbers did not answer, messages were left. NASTF called me back and verified that they are not aware of any problems with Ford and that my login is good. Ford did not return my call.

It was suggested by Tanner Brandt to install an older version of IDS. I obtained a computer that has never had IDS installed, and installed version 122.01. This version did not error, and I was able to complete the job.
FJDS 121.01 can be downloaded here I do believe 123.01 may be released this week as well. Not sure if either will resolve your issue but worth a shot. fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/I….exe
I will try to get an update on this. I sent a follow up on several others last week. Looked like a reply was coming.
