Infiniti TCM calibration failed
Good afternoon, I have a 2005 Infiniti G35x sedan. The tcm went bad contact's on the Front brake solenoid broke. I decided to swap out the tcm with another (blank) non programed tcm. When I tried to program it with NERS, using the calibration file down loaded from infiniti-tech info
(New ECU ID:31000 AC81B Applies to:V35 05MY VQ35DE FED 4WD),
I successfully programed the tcm but failed the auto configuration. I try to configure the tcm but it cannot find the files. I put them in the calibration, 107 folder and also in the program data folder. But I cannot get it to configure, I even try the manual configure but it does not work. The car starts up goes into gear but does not accelerate. I am stuck I don't know what to do. I'm using a J2534 maxiflash JVCI connection. Has anyone run into this problem? What should I do next?
After the programing my part number is 31000-WL010.
Be certain of this instruction - Put the configuration data, AT_*****.csv and AT_*****.enc files in the correct folder For Win7 64 bit OS: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nissan J2534 ECU Reprogramming Software\Nissan\DTool\PDX Package\ExternalFiles\Config\107 For Win 7 32 bit OS: C:\Program Files\Nissan J2534 ECU Reprogramming Software\Nissan\DTool\PDX Package\ExternalFiles\Config\107
The 32/64 bit distinction is important because both paths may exist on both operating system versions.
I actuall have a 64bit system and had it all installed in the x86 path. I tried copying the entire nissan 2534 program folder into the 64bit path, but it still could not auto or manual configure. Is there a way to rest the tcm to a blank status so I could start over?
