"How to Maximize Your Scan Tool Proficiency" Part 1 & Part 2 webcast videos are up on the … website to view. Click on the Non-Member tab you will see the "Webcast Dorman" and the date. The handout is available to download-you can find it under the viewing screen.
Once you have finished watching the video would you be so kind as to fill out the Survey (located next to the handout download under the viewing screen)

Unable to connect to seminar today 4/3/2020. Worked fine on Monday & Wednesday.
Today it is our web provider fault, over 1000 techs tried coming on at once. It crashed the system...we recorded at 12:30 pm and are in the process of getting it up by 6 pm...most likely sooner. We apologize for the inconvenience. The raffle will happen live ...time to be announced.
