How to unfollow a post
I'm curious how to quit getting emails from a particular post that I responded too. Every time someone responds to a post I get an email if I have responded to it. I can't for the life of me find a way to "unfollow" that thread. I don't need 100 emails when I can simply check back on an active thread. Am I missing how to do that?
Hi Matt, To change the notification settings, you can click on the square with your initials in the upper right hand corner. In the drop down box select 'settings'. Click the 'notifications' tab and you can customize the emails sent to you. Hope this helps! -Sam
That is everything on or everything off. Not a … solution. Some we want to "follow", some we do not.
Hi Marlin, We realize this and plan to implement a change soon as mentioned here: diag.net/msg/m6knf8g17k…
Matt, I think you need to uncheck []Replies in discussions I've participated in
Hi Matt, I was able to turn off the notification setting you're complaining about for you. For reference, here's what that page looks like: When you visit this page you should now see the top one unchecked. Let us know if you have any questions.
Is there anyway to turn it off on just certain threads that get lengthy with replies? Or is it all on, or all off only? Some threads just get lengthy with replies and tend to fill up the email box. While others may only get one or two replies and I don't mind getting those. Matt
Hi Matt, Good question and one that we discussed this morning. We definitely need to make this more flexible by providing other options. This has been noted and we'll let you know when a change has been implemented. Thanks for the input.
