Cloning a 2017 Ford Continental PCM
We tried to re-program a used continental PCM part number: GK4A-12A650-GA hardware number FL3A-12B684-BEB to replace a failed PCM with the same part and hardware numbers. We tried back dooring into it using the IDS and leaving the key off while IDS was trying to acquire VIN. Manually entered vin and started programing, all seemed to be going good but at the end of programming it said programing failed. I'm sure it's because the used PCM already had a VIN in the vid block, so i was wondering if their is a tool or software available to clone these PCM's like we do GM Global A PCM's.
Thanks Don

KTAG…

There is an annual maintenance fee of seven hundred and fifty dollars. This includes some excellent customer support. (In Italy so contact very early in the AM) It is a bucket of cash so I…
