Infiniti ECU programming
What repair are you unable to perform?

I am trying to program a brand new ECU for this vehicle, the NERS system kick me out as soon as it clear all information.
I check +13V, fan relay is disconnect, I am using Cardaq-plus2 Thinkpad W10 64bit updated and all. I have the correct ECU file.
There is no way to reach Infiniti/Nissan over the phone as we used too. SIR is the only last way I can get
Any help will be appreciated

Avishay, Just a couple of things so I can get you through the right channels. Are you aware of this on their website and is your NERS current? Special Note: Nissan and Infiniti vehicle use a high level of security when Re/programming or Configuration is performed to the vehicle ECUs. Avishay, Following up to se if you go this resolved. Will be out of the loop for a few days and wanted to check in with you.
Thank you for your time Danny and Donny, Unfortunately the issue couldn't be resolved and the customer didn't decided which route to take next. As Danny explain to me the issue might be in a different area in the vehicle, the NERS was able to write the new Vin to the ECU but as soon as I tried to flash it with a new file it will kick me out with an error for low voltage.
