Is anybody else getting an error trying to loggin in today or is it just me?
I just programmed a Cadillac about an hour ago with no problem. That said, I opened up my machines yesterday and went through a full update with them.
I programmed a TCM about an hour ago with no issues … but the system and the j2534 wrapper had a major upgrade…
BTW - it is probably worth noting that we are being hit by a coronal mass ejection from the Sun today. It may or may not impact things for you, but it certainly has for me. For instance, none of my touch-sensitive devices work correctly right now. Touch pads and touch screens are all jittery and bouncing all over the place for every device I have.
I just went to do a ecm, the software forced me to do an update and then crashed. Now it wont open any longer. Looks like I'll need to delete and reinstall or might have to do a system retore. Haven't got around to fixing it yet.
We had similar issues. Had to remove and reinstall Techline Connect. Then went back to working.
I had problems getting techline to open properly this morning. Kept getting a failed download message when it was checking for updates. Gm tech support remote logged in and fixed it. It took them 20min of trying different things. They mentioned they were getting some bad down loads.
We were experiencing this same issue yesterday and this morning as well. We are using a laptop and Drew Technologies Cardaq Plus 3. I just finished uninstalling Techline Connect, re-installing it and restarted the laptop. I was able to program 2 TCM now. I hope this helps! Good luck.
