Installing NERS, maybe taking too long?

Howdy folks,

Just installing NERS after a reboot and the progress bar has been half way for about 10-15min with no progress.. I have a car that needs a TSB flash here and I am running out of time. Has anyone experience long NERS install times?

What Paul said. I got myself hung up like that before and didn't realize it was waiting for me to click on “OK” for a background installation task (probably .NET or something similar).
