Can someone verify with absolute certainty that this is in fact the current situation? I have lost more than $170 in subscriptions and two return trips to a customer for programming on a 2019 Jeep only to find that WiTech 2.0 and TA are not operational. (The last on Friday the 11th.) There was NO indication as I was purchasing the subscriptions (or activating the WiTech sub) that the systems…
