Drew Technologies - Drive Pro - Worst customer service and Support

I have been trying to return the Drive Pro my sales rep Westley Boon promised me a 30 day test trial if not satisfied they will refund the subscription and product. The product is not a good fit for our diagnostic team. Since June 28th I have been told it was handled and a RMA is being issued. All by email and via recorded phone calls.

I called customer support to assist and no help as well they will send to management they say still no response. Does anyone have management contact info? This is so not right since I was trying to get another product they offer once this issue was solved but now I have no faith in the company 6K later still cant use the Drive Pro or return.

I use my AUTOLOGIC only on european vehicles. I have not had the greatest success using it as a scan tool on domestic or asian. As for software updating on domestics and asians as well as europeans, it has done well for me.

Mines as a connection issue since day one unfortunately I don't use it​.​cause every time I use it needs to have good connection to the web .they told me it needs to be connected to hard line internet but it's impossible for me to do that ,I'm a mobile tech up in canada quebec,very disappointed…

My phone Hotspot works great its the tablet that as a problem connecting,I've been programing out of my Hotspot for years with no issues

Hi I have the tool and it works for me but we do a lot of mercedes benz we have the xentry mercedes benz but only one sow I gat a autologic because the price of a new xentry now is 37.000 .with 2 years subscription .and we used it on domestic and work good sow sorry you having that issued with autologic hope the send your money back

Eric sold me my unit. He will do a good job for you. But I will say the tablets are very sketchy with the wifi. Mine can be super slow at times.
