Those of you having problems with tokens and verification emails taking a long time can you all please reply with what email service you are using? Gmail, yahoo, outloook, etc. Thank you for the help!

I am using Gmail, took 45 minutes to receive a token yesterday.

Used my TA 4 times today. Each time I got a token within 1 min. Using gmail. I was shocked it worked so well today. Maybe tomorrow will be bad?

Are you using business gmail or personal gmail?

I would recommend checking the header of the email and look at the time stamps. On Gmail go to more (3 dots) and then show original email.

Matthew, Do your tokens come to your inbox or do they go to your spam? Mine seem to come in mixed between spam and inbox. I have been dealing with this for quit some time now and it’s just getting exhausting. Today was the 18th phone call to TA and I have sent 13 emails reference this issue. Today was a real treat I could not even log into TA through WiTech.

Hey Tanner I was using Gmail talked to TA yesterday they advised Gmail was having issues. I changed my TA account info today to Outlook still no love.. Took 38 Minutes to get a token then was still unable to log into TA through WiTech.

Was using personal gmail. The thing that gets me is that at times I get my token immediately and other times I wait for 30 to 45 minutes and then I get the token emailed to me over and over and over again. I only request it once since that was another suggestion I got from TA’s IT dept. It’s just crazy man. I program around 15 FCA vehicles a month and it’s like 50/50 as to when my token arrives…

Gmail took almost 8 hours , hahaha after the 5 hours time out . Maybe because it has to travel so far across the pond

I am using gmail, I do have noreply at tech authority on my contact list. I have a few documented cases / screen shots of order time, then token request, and not getting it. I had request in yesterday @ 10:30 am and I receiveddiag​.​net/file/f2ct6dg9t…

tokens at 8:15 pm. Their support did extend my subscription this time, however I have lost many hours…

I use yahoo mail . it Takes a few minutes . Haven’t had a problem .

Gmail. Instant token for Techauthority access but Witech is broken

I use yahoo mail. Used it with 3 day sub Saturday and no trouble token was almost instant
