Nastf Says My Garage Operators Does Not Meet Standards. This Is The Same Policy I Signed Up To Nastf. Nothinghas Changed

I Have a question for anyone in the group who is NASTF certified. I was certified last year thru NASTF and when I recertified this year with same Insurance they denied it due to coverage clause issue. They are stating that box 25 of the policy has to have “all vehicles” checked even if all the other possible boxes are checked. Anyway I guess I'm now in the market for different Insurance but I'm in Texas and the providers I've checked with don't know what I'm dealing with and have never heard of NASTF. Could someone tell me which Insurance providers carry the correct insurance they are using with NASTF. Just a few providers for me to call will help. Thanks in Advance !

I'm pretty sure mine is from Mutual of Enumclaw. I'll double check but I just got mine recently with no problems.

Federated Insurance is very familiar with auto repair, as they cover only a few types of businesses. federatedinsurance.com/home EMC is another company which is very familiar with auto repair. emcins.com

Nationwide has covered me for years. They provide the certificate that satisfies NASTF.

I usually ask my broker to handle it. It's their job to set you up with the right insurance and provide evidence of insurance to anyone that you need them to. My advice is to ask your broker about it.

That is applicable also, but Federated agents are all corporate employees.
