Random Failure Of Blend Door Acutuators

This was a complete dash dive 1 year ago with all blend doors and actuators replaced with all Dorman parts , any help please! The win would not post above, it is now below

check for binding doors. Any resistance in the door movement will wear the aftermarket actuators out. I have had Dorman actuators fail after a few hours

Dave you know the problem are those Dorman actuators and doors use OE only on dash dives

Usually the only thing worse than a Dorman part is a Dormal electrical part. Just my $.02.

Do job over with oe parts. Can not tell how many I had to replace under warrant because dorman parts

The OE actuators are lousy. Dorman specializes in taking lousy to garbage parts, and making worse replacements for them. Either just replace them, or test them.

Not sure what your concern is or what diagnosis you have done because you did not tell us. However like the one guy said, the only thing worse than Dorman is Dorman lol. Throw that junk in the trash and try again with OE.
