2013 VOLVO S60 2.5 Cam/crank correlation
Looking for known good cam crank waveform. Timing belt has been replaced and all marks line up
2013 S60 2.5 cmp ckp, The green channel is COP1 The yellow channel is a pressure transducer in cyl 1 and the true TDC is 90 deg from the missing ckp toggle
If your correlation is off from what Ray sent, check to see if the crankshaft has spun in relation to the crank hub. I’ve seen that splined connection slip. Remove starter and put the pin in the block to lock the crank, then check your mark on the crank hub.
Are these codes a new development after timing belt replacement? Did you remove cam sprockets to do seals or anything?
Correlation was good. Problem was that the lower timing solenoids seals were left off not allowing cam advance. This vehicle had the head rebuilt after timing belt jumped time. 70K mile vehicle serp belt tensioner issue causes belt to end up under timing cover on these motors.
