What repair are you unable to perform?

CVT/IVT replacement update of transmission data

What information are you having trouble obtaining?

Unable to preform and Vehicle S/W since the option required per SI is grayed out

What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?

Called the kiatechinfo​.​com support number but they only handle download/install and login issues.

(Optional) Any other comments or concerns?

I've tried both J2534 Diagnostics and J2534 reprogramming software and there are no options available to perform the required procedure outlined in SI

Good day, If the J2534 Reprogramming is disabled, then the vehicle already has been reprogramed with the current recalibration.
