U0123 — Lost Communication With Yaw Rate Sensor Module

I have 2021 tacoma show abs and traction light on dashboa the faul code is u0123 lost communication with yaw rate sensor module but cant find the (YRS) module i check driver and passenger under seat but no we’re to be find pls any update of the module location

Check the wiring diagram. I believe it is internal to the airbag module.

As Mike said it is integral to the SRS module, as are the other chassis motion sensors. Signal is output over CAN. If you have no other codes and SRS functions work and scan properly then I'd presume the internal sensor has failed, necessitating a new SRS module. I look forward to this case study.

Just did a 2019 Corolla, drove me nuts looking for it and come to find out it’s internal of the srs module. Mine was pretty cheap from the dealer hope it helps
