This vehicle came from other shop, customer concern was rough idle on hot restarts only.
The previous shop performed a pcm calbibration related to this issue based on TSB 0182_09.
They replaced the maf sensor, the spark plugs and cleaned throttle body, their diagnostic was engine damage because low compression.
When I got this car at the end of the day was crank no-start and sound no compression wash down. I try many times cranking nothing. Next day in the morning I try first crank and start cold conditions, and run good for I while and rough idle when warm, I checked data, ECT was reporting correctly during no start conditions.
I turned off the engine and waited about 5 minutes, no start and wash down, I started checking igt, ifg and injection pulse
Cam and crank and in cylinder pressure transducer seem on time to me but it looses compression wash down, when runnning good I check at 1500 rpm misfire data and show non-misfire engine is stable, I disconnected a coil and the pcm identified it correctly.
I disconnected all 4 injector to clear flood, start I propane during idle installed injectors and running good about idle smoth jus idle surges if it stalled it self becomes crank no start.
I can not find what is causing the wash down.
I have not tested fuel pressure or fuel quality because of the rough Idle I thought was going to be tech phasers but seem is not the case
I remove the 4 spark plugs all of them were wet .
when the engine was running I did induction service with seafoam

Did you record scan data when the engine was running? If so, I would like to see that.

what do you mean smoke it . fuel trims s are removing fuel accros the board idle , 1500 rpm 3000 rpm. and becomes crank no start after turning off engine and waiting couplle minutes or it stalled does not restart un less I disconnec all 4 injector and star it on prapane or braje cleaner

put a pressure gage on it, see if purssure drops, also do injector balance test if one drops more than the other change all four injectors,
I would be paying close attention to the things that the ECM uses for base pulse width like, tps,maf,map (if present), iat, ect etc. You were in open loop during your video so the ECM isn't using the feedback sensors for fuel control (fuel trims won't tell you the story). Just a thought, have you checked the purge valve. Possible problem with evap system allowing raw fuel in to the intake. Doesn't turn on when cold starts opening when warmed up.

Start 2 fires at the same, one with known good fuel and the other puddle from the Toyota.
How saturated is the oil with gasoline? Does the surging disappear when you run it on propane?

I did not posted the clip on part 1 for relative compression but this one was my first test I did after checking scan data and saw 400 rpm during cranking and no start conditions . The only reason I did not performed leak down test or standard compression test with gauge was because I saw even relative compression. In your video, during the test drive, the CEL is not flashing, indicating that the cylinders are not misfiring badly. Are there any misfire codes? Does the car have good acceleration?
