Have you look and see if there is an software update for this issue? I came up with p061194 fuel injector control unit malfunction. If there is no engine running problems missing or incorrect entry in the values for injector injection quantity adjustment in the software of the ECM.

Hi Steve, Based on the definitions that the others have given, it sounds as if either there is a mechanical problem that is forcing the ECU to inject more fuel to keep the crank speed constant or the injector is in fact not flowing as it should.
