What repair are you unable to perform?

update programming of the ME per LI20.10-P-063817

What information are you having trouble obtaining?

The program files to update the ME.

What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?

Contacted XSF support through Xentry as required but apparently I am not allowed to access the support system areas.

Donny, They got the SIRs mixed up. This is not the SIR for the CDI. That was the other vehicle prior to this one. I posted that you could close that one as it just finished programming successfully. Thanks for all your help!!

Rick, I think that I made the mistake. I pasted the response into the wrong SIR. I forwarded this one to MB USA for further review. I do not see an email from them on this one. I will attempt to edit the post above to correct.
