A failed lifter with a flat cam, or going flat, will cause that fault. But you may have an exhaust manifold leak, a vacuum leak, a MAF or MAP sensor problem, a failing fuel pump, a clogged fuel filter or injector, a problem with the wiring going to the oxygen sensor.

My experience is check compression. P219A or P219B etc means loss of compression. Follow that and you shall be free. Relative Compression test with a sync will show you the quickest.

If no misfires, check for an exhaust manifold leak.
