Looking for an Audi tool VAS6825 and VAS 6825/1. I am in north county San Diego and I am looking to rent or purchase this tool. Are there any ideas out there? I need to clean the secondary air ports on the supercharged V6. Are there any ideas out there and how I can proceed? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey that tool is great but make sure you have the correct power washer as well. If you don’t have the adapters and power wash unit it’s just extra time and parts to remove the exhaust manifolds, drill bits and adapters etc. FYI just don’t use power tools. The carbon should be easy enough to remove with just drill bits and light…

I would use 45% silver solder to fix the bit to the extension rod to be sure it didn’t separate inside the engine. Using a BRAD POINT wood bit may dig the carbon better and it won’t drill the aluminum, without a lot of forceing.
