Gary Technical Support Specialist New Jersey Posted   Latest
  1. Hi Group. Is there any one site or publication out the that list the available modules that can be programmed by the aftermarket for each manufacturer? For example GM list pretty much access any module for there car line, but I have seen some say PCM / TMC only. Just trying to get a heads up before committing to a job..

For Ford, I know there is a list in each year of the work shop manual under 418-01 diag.net/file/f6a89fry1… I do not know of any other listing for Ford. The chart for this 2016 F150 is below. diag.net/file/f2xrxer4l…

That has nothing to do with his question, as I understood it. That lists what Drewtech could do, if you already knew what you needed done.

Geoff for what its worth if its on that list you should be able to program it. if its not, maybe you can but there may be more than J2534 and OEM software to complete. Its a good starting point for reference.

Thanks, I know Chris. His wording "list the available modules that can be programmed" lead me to believe he wanted a master list of what WOULD NEED programmed. Of course his sentence "For example GM list pretty much access any module for there car line" makes me realize his English skills are poor, so I probably guessed what he really meant incorrectly..
