I had the same problem, get a windows 10 32 bit OS loaded, use Firefox or google chrome go get the latest Java install for the 32 bit oa then connect with the fastest port on your pc, it should then install the j2534 wrapper and should be good

You can run on a 64bit windows 10pro. Just install a 32 bit version of Java and run your browser with administrative rights the first time so that the J2534 wrapper installs properly.

I'm not sure if by having your Autel Maxi Suite open conflicts with Tis2Web. Have you tried closing the Maxi Suite, unplugging the VCI from both USB and OBD and re-plugging (with Autel Maxi Suite closed). Also make sure that your VCI is not connected to your Autel Scanner via Bluetooth.

You will need to have the j2534 tool open in the autel software while you start the process and then get the wrapper installed, if you’re going through the nastf site they dont support internet explorer however I really had a fight and none of it worked right until I swapped to the 32 bit os

I had to put a call through to autel, what they told me worked. One of the non supported devices listed would connect, by trying one after the other. However, application must be restarted at every device trial. I did this on a windows 10 64bit, chrome 64bit, java 32bit, and chrome must be ran as admin. Thanks to all for the input.
