Hey James, It suddenly occurred to me the other day that you must be referring to the DN notifications you get by email. That would certainly be a possibility with the exception of posts I'm not involved in, hence no notice. Its been very cold here for awhile, I think my brain cells are a little sluggish.

Hi Bob, Today, your only real options are to bookmark within your browser or by any other means one might use to save webpage references. In the future, we plan to provide other ways to save content within your account. FYI, to collect the URL to a particular reply, all one needs to do is right-click on the reply time-stamp and copy. Another option you might want to explore is posting a new

That could work. Just to be clear, if the post has "resource" in the description it won't show up in the feed right?

No, you will need to select “Resource” as the message type in order for it not to appear in the main feed. Let me know if you have any further questions.

I really enjoy reading the posts here!! The group of technicians / members seems very professional and helpful! It's a shame the site is not organized a bit better... Being able to save and categorize some posted information would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work Scott!

Hi Bill, I’m assuming that you’ve heard the phrase “Rome was not built in a day” We have plans to do this as the platform matures. My very small development team has moved us a long ways in a very short period of time through their relentless dedication towards building this platform from the ground up on a blank sheet of paper. We appreciate the support, please tell a friend or colleague

Scott, I tried making a post under "resource" to save a link but now I can't find the post. I used key words that I put in the post but it doesn't come up. Any ideas on finding this?

Hi Bob, I looked at our logs and cannot see that you actually submitted a post. Can you hit the post button to see if you have a draft saved? let me know.

Doh! That was it exactly. I was doing a few things at once and didn't realize I never clicked the post button. Thanks. Btw, when we do a search, does the search engine look at all the text in the post including the headers? Is there a preferred or optimal way to search? I guess what I'm getting at is, what are the best practices for creating a post that will be easily found later on when the

I believe the search utility will look at all of the text. Filtering by Type is not yet available but I believe that we’ll have solution available in the future. The best practice is to use enough descriptive text that one would naturally use to search.
