Everything goes through normally until it is to reveal the keycode. When that page comes up you see the following error page in all browsers (Google Chrome, IE11, Edge, and Firefox):

Motorcraft, NICB and NASTF IT staff reviewed the transaction data provided by a user to track the error to a process that stopped on the NICB server. NICB staff quickly resolved the issue. When you screen capture the Error messages and forward it is extremely helpful. Thank you to the VSP who helped us solve this!
