P0191 Fuel Rail Pressure issue Dodge Dsl

Good morning everyone and Happy Wednesday!

Customer put DEF into the diesel tank a few months ago and we dropped the tank, cleaned thoroughly and changed all of the filters. Vehicle ran fine for almost two months then was brought back for a check engine light and died while driving concern. The following codes were present, P0191 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit range / performance, P062B, P01292, P016F and P0087. We replaced the injection pump and fuel pump in the tank and checked the regulator and fuel pressure sensor and both seem to be okay, however the P0191 code keeps coming back. We have had two random occurrences where the vehicle died after putting into drive both prior to the tank fuel pump being replaced and after. When that happened, a message also appeared on the cluster stating "Service Electronic Throttle Control:. If anyone has some input or suggestions, it would be much appreciated. No matter what we do the P0191 keeps coming back but the vehicle runs fine.
