Stellantis changed techauthority access, can no longer login through witech

I have called the support number multiple times. They tell me the ticket has been escalated, but no call back and no resolution. Ticket number 439856

I purchased a full year subscription to witech. This subscription is under a different email than my techauthority subscription. I was previously able to login to techauthority through witech. I purchased a year subscription to techauthority using the email under which I had previously purchased after verifying it was working. This worked up until Stellantis made a change where witech now wants you to login through the mopartsp site. Now, I am not able to enter my techauthority login, only login to mopar tsp where my subscription does not show up. I asked them to provide me with a short term subscription. I have already paid for a full year. The short term subscription would allow me access until they figure out how to correct the issue. I was told that the support personnel are not able to provide subscriptions. At this point I cannot use techauthority or witech, both of which I have paid for a full year subscription.
I have contacted a different person at Stellantis for some assistance. My previous request on your other SIR went unanswered.
