Filed a XSF support case on 2/17 which was done through Xentry. Ticket ID … No response has been received.
Donny, A response was received right after I posted this but there has been no solution at this time.
Donny, They supposedly have a fix for the issue but the files we need to proceed are not accessible as the link they sent me does not work, I do not have any access to messages sent through the XSF support system as it says I am forbidden to access the system and they closed the ticket so I can't reply to the e-mail. Thanks in advance for your help!!
I believe I have the files for this one now. I'll be trying it tomorrow to see if it works.
Donny, This SIR can be closed. The vehicle is now programmed with files provided by support. I haven't heard a word on the other one.
Correcting incorrectly posted response. MB USA states: Just wanted to circle back on the topic from Rick Layton. We closed his case on 2/24 and provided him with an email with file attachments and instructions on how to deploy the file to resolve his issue with CDI. We have not heard any feedback from him since. He is welcome to contact us any time and we would be happy to work with him…
