Happy new year! I was called to program both rear object detection modules on this 2019 XT4. Rear collision, both modules and sub harness replaced. Programming completed, both modules programmed simultaneously. Got the usual programming completed notice. Pass on both modules. Cleared codes and scanned again. Populated B101E 41 code. Only boot software is present in module. Ok... tried to reprogram and says trying to program with same program not allowed. Any thoughts?

As always, any and all help appreciated!

2 things to try. 1st perform the camera calibration. Sometimes code will go away after this. 2nd try switching modules side to side and reprogram. May or may not let you. I have had to call acdelco more than once for a vci number to program these. 1st thing they will ask you is 2 things I suggested.

I had one that didn’t look damaged but had the same issue. New module worked. Make sure they REALLY did replace both modules with new parts and not say one looks OK and reuse it
