That is interesting. I have contacted them more than a few times about the issue and TA has never helped me out. I would like them to not request the token verification for my account as well.

Keith too bad GM will not due this. After I found Chrysler would do this I contacted GM about removing the verification token. I got a hard NO.
The good part with GM is, they don't ask you every time.
It does for me, but I shutdown and restart my PC with a new IP address from different hotspots and WIFI locations 10 times a day.
GM does for me as well, hot spot / phone / lap top on and off = suspicious activity to big brother.
Once again problems with TA, I made multiple email complaints and they say they do not do what they did for you! I wish I was special. So I just purchased subscription not thinking I was on chrome, and instant email with token, I have trouble downloading cal files on chrome, IE works best, so over to IE and of course verification required, and no email... UGH!!!! standing here looking like a…
