What is a good service advisor training program?

Jim Owner/Technician Washington Posted   Latest   Edited

I am the service advisor for Mark's Auto Repair and I'm trying to find a good training program, but it's been pretty hard to find any reviews to help me pick the right one. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have been looking at The Group Training Academy, but I can't find any reviews for them either.

We used Elite out of San Diego. A little pricey but well worth the cost. Took Average tickets from 400 to 700 and not cheating the customer. Just better presentation and how to overcome objections. Web eliteworldwide.com

Then get a…

Good morning. I am one hour late today. Because they changed and not me. Anyways, why do you want an SA training program? Is it for you? Or for someone to add to your team or actually replace you? It makes a difference. A service advisor is the same as someone who takes orders at a fast food restaurant and no more, or they are not the same and they are more than that. The first half of that…
