What is a good service advisor training program?
I am the service advisor for Mark's Auto Repair and I'm trying to find a good training program, but it's been pretty hard to find any reviews to help me pick the right one. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have been looking at The Group Training Academy, but I can't find any reviews for them either.
We used Elite out of San Diego. A little pricey but well worth the cost. Took Average tickets from 400 to 700 and not cheating the customer. Just better presentation and how to overcome objections. Web eliteworldwide.com
