Hey everybody! …is excited to share with you that we are starting a new youtube channel for 2020. While some of you may think that this is no big deal since everyone seems to be a youtuber these days its a big deal for us. This channel will be sharing actual tool reviews, repair procedures in both the light duty and heavy duty market. The best part is i will be doing videos on what you want to see. You will be able to request a certain tool review that hopefully i can review it and put it to work! If i have access to the tool then it should be a go. These will be amateur videos focused on quality imaging so they won't be perfect but they will be helpful to you.

So search …on youtube.com and stay tuned!

Is your channel going to be full of advertisements and stuff? So many are funding their life with commercials and advertisements. Unless you buy the premium for an outrageous monthly fee a lot of them have too many commercials.

Hello - We have been using an automated, remote diagnostics service for auto service centers, auto dealers and auto auctions. The service is unique because it saves time and money by utilizing a simple device by our low skill labor to obtain advanced diagnostics that is instantly sent directly to our shop manager so he can obtain an immediate picture of the mechanical condition of vehicles…

That's an awful lot of "marketing wank", as AvE would put it. Reminds me of that "Rocco" guy in the Fixd commercials on youtube telling everyone how the little dongle is better than anything they use at his "shop".

The sole purpose of why we use this particular system is to supplement the need to pull the on-line techs off their higher level jobs just to get an initial picture of the mechanical condition of vehicles in the service lane or other inspections. This is a simple, low cost method to get a quick snap shot so we can determine a course of action or any up-sell opportunities for that vehicle. It is…

Know of one what? An "automated, remote diagnostics service" that can "save time and money by utilizing a simple device by our low skill labor to obtain advanced diagnostics"? Something that "requires absolutely no training" but will "quickly get complete diagnostics on any vehicle"? No, no I don't believe I do know of anything like that. And, if we're being honest, I don't think you do either…

no offence taken Tom, it is what it is - you can twist my words anyway you need, to sound as smart as you may need, but it's really a very simple point that I am trying to make. If you would get off the white horse you rode in on, you may be able to comprehend my original message. My whole point was that instead of pulling our highly paid techs off their paid work to use for un-paid tasks, to do…

Perhaps you should consider describing your product accurately when first presenting it in the future. Then you wouldn't have to resort to underhanded insults in an attempt to defend yourself when someone points out the inconsistencies in what you claim it is capable of. Call my intelligence into question all you want, that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is half-truths and misleading…

Tony Bradley- Your profile says you have 54 years experience, but doing what? Anyone with experience in the automotive diagnostic field can tell you OBD readers provide an extremely limited view of the vehicles electrical state of health and virtually zero view of its mechanical state. Most, if not all of these readers only communicate via the standard SAE protocol, not manufacture specific…

Thanks Rudy for your reply... My 54 years in this business was spent mostly as a District Manager and other positions for GM, running multiple GM stores in the midwest, developing the AutoXchange and CarTrader publications and filing multiple patents in the automotive field, which I have developed companies around. I have remained active in our family related stores and because of the decline in…

Hi Rudy... Thanks for your question- I believe the product is aimed primarily toward any service center that wants a feasible way to increase their service repair business without increasing the skilled labor, that is so hard to find anymore. We just happen to be car dealerships that needed to increase our service revenue because new car sales has dropped off nationally so we needed to generate…

Hi Tony I understand what your company does but however there are other companies out there that do the exact same thing..likeI drew Technologies for example. my personal take on all this is I believe one ,that you need a technician in the shop to physically look at the vehicle offer assistance or repair the vehicle and also two be able to Train the technician if possible and 2, I believe…

Thanks for your comments - I certainly know where you're coming from... we looked at drew and others but everyone else was much more expensive and more importantly required a certain skill level just to get a useable report... whereas this system requires absolutely no human interface to get the report which is automatically sent to the shop manager for all the personal interaction that is…
