Continued frustration with Tesla

This is another request trying to figure out how to get access to Tesla service information for general knowledge.
What information are you having trouble obtaining?
I'm trying to understand what information Tesla is providing the aftermarket. I watched the NASTF video explaining access was now possible. I set up an account with Tesla, including a login and password. I set up a payment method and subscribed for an hour of information (which, by the way, is WAY high compared to any other OE, but that's a different issue). My payment was accepted, I have an e-mail acknowledging that, but there's no way to log in. The only available login is the service toolbox and it doesn't recognize my login/password.
What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?
I also have an e-mail into Tesla's support but thought NASTF should know - this process is far from smooth or (it appears) complete.
Hi Ben, Did you hear back from Tesla Support? I personally have purchased multiple short-term subs to Tesla's SI and never experienced what you described. I have spoken with our contact at Tesla yesterday at length to go over some open items. He is contacting the right people and we will pull together a meeting to discuss licensing of service information.
