LSID and Fleets

I am sending out an inquiry to see if any of you have a solution for proving ownership on D1 forms for large fleets. It seems nobody wants to take responsibility or put their DL on a form. What provisions are or are not available in this case?

Michael, The form you use for fleets is the auction/repossession form. The contracting form that you may be using is used when you go to a shop and do work for that shop's customer, in effect. For Fleets, if you are working directly for the company that owns the vehicle you will find that the Auction form is configured to better fit that environment. We are going to change the names of…

Julio, I am very excited about it and the MB USA folks have been a dream to work with on this so far. We have it in testing so I am hoping it can be signed off by Germany and in use by the end of August.
