Aeb light flashing
Hi everyone.
I have been working on and off a few days on a 2021 Nissan Sentra but need a little help on maybe which way to go from here.
The car is from a body shop that did some front end repair. They had put a windshield and radar sensor on so they took the car to the Nissan dealer for calibration. The radar sensor did fine but the camera calibration failed so they asked me to look at it. What I found was the bracket would not hold the camera secure and it had dropped down. They put a new oem windshield in and we calibrated the camera going by Nissan si and everything look to do fine.
What I have now is the aeb light is blinking from the time you start the car up to around 40 mph then it will stop until you go below 40 again. The lane departure warning and cruise work fine and there are no codes. I have been researching this for a while but did not come up with anything. I have checked part numbers of all the parts and they look to be the ones for this car.
What I would like to know is there something in the scan data that I may be overlooking that may help me or is there a reset I may have missed?
I'm not going to say the camera is not damaged, or maybe some other part, from the wreak but would like to make sure if I can.

Are there any codes. What calibration equipment did you use.
The body shop has the Bosch equipment but said this car was not in the software yet so I used there targets with nissan instructions and Consult R2R after making sure the targets were the same size as the Nissan targets. Never sets any codes .
We recently had a 2019 Nissan Rogue with the same issue except the camera was mounted correctly, once removed I could see an anomaly in the windshield through which the camera was looking. We tried cleaning both sides of the glass to no avail. Once the windshield was replaced again, we calibrated and the problem went away. We have checked and cleaned the the glass inside and out and the radar sensor but cannot see anything wrong that I can tell but will look again.
I have run into this problem before. The flashing aeb light is usually from the camera calibration. I have also run into many incorrect camera installations in the camera bracket.
It may be a good idea to verify the lot # on the front radar isn’t an affected lot for “radar stain” issues.
