I spent A lot of time in Springville, we used to ride dirt bikes up the old railroad grade past kwikway.

Although I'm not in the locale and my skills probably wouldn't muster up I think this is a fantastic example of one of the many ways our industry is changing. Word needs to be put out that being a “mechanic” isn't all grease and engine assembly. There are facets of our jobs that I think most of the public has no idea, and it would help a lot for people to know there's more than one career path…

Did I miss something ? no mention of Pay scale ? I am guessing that the right person they are looking for should be in the 200 K plus range .

Hi Gary, though the salary range is not $200K, it is a 6 figure salary + 10% bonus.
