Luca, If you are using a battery tender, and it is shutting down, try turning the emergency flashers, or the headlights on.

Luca- On other European makes, I simply enable the flashers. Try that.

You could always jumper a relay to power up the car. Like a run/start relay on a Ford. My co-workers have jumpered IGN relays on Toyota during an all keys lost programming event because the scan tool would not turn on the ignition. Just an idea.

Ciao Paul, I would like to keep the ignition on for longer. When you are in the diagnosis you have to turn the ignition back on every 15 minutes, this is a nuisance especially if you work remotely ...
