GM SPS2 and Windows 11
My laptop updated itself to windows 11 and I’m going to be doing a brake controller software update on a 2016 GMC Sierra but I do not know if it will even go through with a windows 11 laptop anyone tried and successfully programmed/updated a module with windows 11? TIA

I would disable auto-updates and install windows 10.
When I was having problems gm gave me 3 day access to the old sps and said I need to upgrade To windows 10 pro no other operating system is supported
I've been using SPS2 with a Windows 11 laptop for a couple months now. Zero issues. Every programming event has been successful - even the ones on Class 2 vehicles that I've been hearing horror stories about.
Hi Arath. It only takes about 10 minutes to roll back to Windows 10 Pro. The required IT standards identify Windows 10 Pro and I recently installed new laptops with strict instructions from above, to decline Windows 11 at this time.
