System updates
Hello everyone,
We've recently made several changes to the site and wanted to let everyone know what's changed.
Account settings: Users can now update a number of items on their settings page such as:
- Position/title
- Business name and address
- Phone, business and cell
Profile photo:
Please consider adding a nice profile picture of yourself so that others can gain some sense as to who they're communicating with on DN. We've added a some guidance around how your profile image should be presented when you perform that task.
We have a long list of features and improvements we expect to accomplish adding in the coming weeks and months, some due to feedback we've received thus far through support@diag.net. So please let us know if you see something that's not working properly and/or something you're confused about, etc. We appreciate the feedback.
Regards,
Scott great to hear from you. Do you have an email contac? Or alternatively I can be reached at autoclinicbyhd@gmail.com
Thanks,
Howard
Hi Howard,
I see that you just updated your profile pic but you didn't get the right image. I can update that for you if you like using a picture I found on your shop FB page. Let me know if this is what you'd like me to do or if you'll update the profile image yourself.
Regards,
Scott
Thank you Scott , we needed this. I was using wrong position and title 😁😁😁
What happened to being able to report directly from a page or post?
What is the best way to direct you to an issue, as exemplified in a post? The posts do not have numbers, time stamps, or direct links, AFAIK.
If I want to send someone a link to, or call his attention to, a post, how can I do it?
Hi Marlin,
We plan to provide share options in the near future but for now, you’ll need to share the top level post URL. If your trying to direct someone to a reply in a discussion then you’ll need to also refer them to the author/date of the reply.
If you’re looking to report a bug or problem, take a screenshot and email it to support@diag.net.
Let me know if you need further clarification.
Regards,
Scott
